Vermonters really enjoy the autumn (although I admit that I love it more than most!) It's quite common to see people put out fall/harvest displays containing typical "cliches" like scarecrows, pumpkins, corn husks and so forth. I was immediately drawn to this scene, with the scarecrow and his requisite pumpkin sitting peacefully next to some brilliant orange and red foliage.
