Cistern Spring

Cistern Spring is a somewhat classic example of a "hot" hot spring. The very high temperature of this spring's water is evidenced by its deep blue-green color, the large amount of steam on the surface, and the lack of reddish-to-yellow bacterial mats surrounding it.
